We spend much of our time caring for patients that are have insurance plans managed by either the government or large insurance companies. They health plans provide an essential need, but they all have one thing in common; their treatment plans are focus solely around the beneficiary, the patient.

TCNS Private Duty Services are focuses around the family. We see the family as a single unit, so many of our services are designed around reconnecting the family to the patient and helping them maintain a healing environment.

Our private home care services are managed under our Extended Care Services division and are best described under these four categories.

Skilled Nursing Services
As a certified home health agency, we can legally provide skilled nursing and therapy services in the home. Our Skilled Nursing Services utilize Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocation Nurse to provide high-level nursing care. Or, we can schedule therapeutic services with our Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist.

We offer many specialty programs that are aimed at attacking and minimizing a specific disease progressing, but all our treatment plans can be easily customized around you and your family needs.

Physician Services
When a recent Medicare guideline change started to have a negative impact on geriatric patients that were too ill to see their primary care physician, it was our mobile physicians who stepped in to fill the need. Our patients raved about the quality of the care they received.

Since then, our mobile physicians have provided house calls and consultation to many of our clients; helping them to reconnect to the healthcare system. A hallmark of their service is the convenience and personal attention they provide to each patient.

Caregiving and Support Services
Our agency provides skilled care, but complete homecare can also include non-medical services. Our caregivers work directly with the family; they can help feed, dress and bathe their patient. Support services include cooking and light housekeeping that helps your family maintain a healthy home environment.

One of our more popular services is our Respite Care Packages that offer relief weary family caregivers.

Concierge Home Care Services
Over the course of our many years as a homecare provider, we have amassed an unrivaled network of partners, alliances, sponsorships that provide home care service or products. It is a resource that we make available to all of our clients.

Our home care concierge can assist our clients with nearly any healthcare related situation; from coordinating medical equipment delivery to scheduling transportation services.

Home care, the way it was envisioned
Nearly thirty years ago, our private duty service company was called Personalize Home Care and we provide nursing care to our community. Although, we changed our name to Total Care Nursing Service to reflect our expanding mission, "Personalized Home Care" remains the best way to describe all our homecare services.
